To use this adapter the computer application "Veratron Configuration Tool" is required, which is free to use and can be downloaded from the downloads section from the Veratron website.
This tool enables further possibilities like adding a custom splash logos on displays and it gives more configuration possibilities. It also allows you to do software updates on Veratron products and can be useful while troubleshooting your NMEA 2000 or SAE J1939 network.
