Whale MH5550 MK5 Double Action Bilge Pump - Bulkhead / 104 LPM / 38mm The Whale MK5 manual bilge pump is a hand operated bilge pump combining versatile design with high output. The MH5550 pump is designed for bulkhead mounting. It features twin diaphragms, to empty two bilge compartments at the same time or empty one twice as fast! As a nitrile diaphragm pump, it can be used to pump bilge water, saltwater or diesel. The bilge pump is constructed from a robust glass filled polypropylene body with a glass filled nylon and acetyl operating lever. Reliability is ensured with non choke valves and a fully enclosed diaphragm. It contains an inspection hatch for quick and easy maintenance of the pump. This pump also features a removable handle. Application - Bilge Water, Salt Water or Diesel Approvals - Approved by Lloyds (MCA) and USCG. Suitable as a primary bilge pump on boats equal to or greater than 12m (40ft) in accordance with ISO150831. Flow Rate - 64 LPM (17 US GPM) at 45 strokes per minute, 104 LPM (27.5 US GPM) at 70 strokes per minute.
