| 6. I am overseas customer will I have to pay any local taxes when goods arrive? |
| If you are within the EU then the price you pay Cactus includes UK VAT, there is nothing else to pay when the goods arrive.
Customers should remember that if they order from companies outside the UK like the US they will have to pay local sales tax and import duty.
This is the reason American sites sometimes look cheaper - however, once you factor in these costs they are often more expensive. |

| 7. I am an overseas customer will I have to pay UK sales tax? |
| If you live outside the EU then we can ship goods to you without UK Sales Tax.
If you are a private individual within the EU then you have to pay UK VAT but you will not have to pay any local taxes when the goods arrive.
If you order through a business with a valid EU VAT number then we can send the goods tax free.
We can also supply goods tax free to BFPO address, Vessels in Transit, Registered Fishing Boats, and other exempt sales, please contact us for more details.
